Landed (a financial services company) helps DC educators and public school employees make a down payment on a home. You may be eligible if you are a staff member or educator in DC’s locally-funded education system. 1. Learn about this resource. You can receive 15% of a home’s sale price or $120,000 —whichever is less—to reach a 20% down payment.
